That’s a brutal alternative to surfing - boat surfing: watch out!

You have to watch his galleries, always beautiful and magic: Aaron Chang, surfer and photographer from Southern California, is an exceptional artist.

With over 100 covers to his credit, Aaron’s work has appeared in a multitude of publications in many genres — from sports to rock and roll and fashion magazines, from highly successful books on photojournalism to the prestigious coffee table book series, A Day in the Life. His images are featured on mass-marketed post cards, posters, calendars and cell phone wallpaper. In addition to still photography, Aaron has also shot and directed a number of film projects including a three-dimensional action sports film.

Billabong Team Surfer Andy Irons (HAW), Jordy Smith (ZAF), Nicola Atherton (AUS) und Rebecca Woods (AUS) haben alle eine Ehrung im Rahmen der alljaehrlichen ASP Gala (Association of Surfing Professionals) an der australischen Gold Coast erhalten.

Irons wurde fuer seinen Vizeweltmeistertitel geehrt, Jordy und Nicola nahmen die Trophaee fuer ihre Siege bei den Billabong World Junior Championships entgegen und Rebecca Woods wurde fuer ihren sechsten Platz bei der ASP Women’s World Tour als “Most Improved” Surferin ausgezeichnet.

Eine weitere Weltmeistertrophaee ging zudem an Billabong Longboarderin Schuyler McFerran (USA).

Billabong gratuliert allen Surferinnen und Surfern zu ihrem Erfolg und wuenscht allen das Beste fuer ihre Titelambitionen in 2007!
