Nicoya Peninsula from the sky
Using Google Earth, I made a screenshot of the Nicoya Peninsula from the sky. At the right side, you can see Puntarenas, from where the ferries cross the gulf to the peninsula, via Paquero e.g.; learn more about how to get to the Zopilote surf camp here and here.

At the bottom of the Nicoya peninsula, there is the Parque Nacional Cabo Blanco, close to Mal Pais, another well-known surf spot. A few kilometers north, here we are - the Zopilote surf camp. The next bigger city is Cabano, which is a few kilometers to the East. North of us, there is Santa Teresa, another popular surf destination. We’re in the middle of everything, close to all major spots (and still far enough to have our own breaks!).
