Costa Rica surf - conditions good for beginners?
Many wanna-be-surfers asks us about the surf conditions around the Zopilote surf camp, beginners like Maika:
“Hi guys, I would like to come down to your camp to learn to surf. But I’m worried that the waves are not suitable for beginners. I learned a little bit in Hawaii last summer - got up a couple of times on little waves - but would love to get better! Will there be waves for beginners?”
Maika, there is only one answer:
yes, the waves are more than suitable for beginners here at Playa Hermosa de Cobano! It is a very consistant and uncrowded beachbreak.
