Costa Rica visa requirements relaxed

Costa Rica has updated their visa requirements for visitors from 102 nations, making it easier to enter the Central American country. Most nations now only need a valid passport and a pre-paid return flight ticket.

Bus trip from San Jose to Zopilote Surf Camp via Mal Pais

If you arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica, by plane, you will have to take a bus to come to us. One of our guests asked:
“I will face a 6 hrs bus trip from San Jose to the surf camp, is it safe to travel with money and my baggage in the bus and inside the city?”

Zopilote surf camp in the news papers

Yesterday we discovered that a home town news paper (”Wann & Wo”) from Vorarlberg, Austria printed a travel report about our surf camp here in Costa Rica! Well, we like it although there are no pics in the online version (you can read it here). It is written in German… have fun and write more stuff about us!
