It was one of these really cold winterdays, when Bruno Buzinkay (32) ond Simon Steiner (26), two enthusiastic surfmates, left behind the foggy and cold weather of western Austria.
Supplied with boardshorts and surfboards they went on their way to Central America to enjoy tropical climate and the perfect wave.

Travelling via Dom.Rep. and Nicaragua the two globe-trotter arrived in the paradise of Costa Rica. Already they had seen many top surfspots on their differnt journeys around the world. But they were really impressed by this unique place at playa hermosa (northern pacific coast).
So the two guys decided to stay, establish a surfcamp and dedicate their lifes to their favourite sport.
Eventually they fount the perfect house. After preparing it for summer 2005 its now fit for welcoming guests from all over the world. “Pura vida!”
